Peacemakers warmly welcomes Phil to the team.
journey in 'Restorative Justice' some 15 years ago whilst volunteering with the Youth Offending Service
in Stockport, Greater Manchester whilst at University.
This opportunity developed in to working with young offenders and at times the victims of their behaviours to develop ways to repair the harm caused.

The 'Medi8' project was established as a means to prevent exclusion and look at ways to repair harm and relationships within schools, with a focus on mediation facilitation and training young people and teachers in 'Restorative Approaches'.
After 6 successful years Phil
moved back to the Midlands and bought his
skills to working with families in Warwickshire to look at ways to keep young people out of the looked after sector as a Family Group Conference Co-ordinator.
This extended to working with socially disengaged families in Staffordshire, to look at ways in which to enable families to be part of society, education and the working world.
Whilst developing his
restorative skills, he
was extremely privileged to work as a trainer with Transforming Conflict
This led to bringing the restorative ethos and values into schools, the looked after sector and other family based projects around the UK.
