"We've gutted the inside," said Phil Timp of The Corporate Image. "We're going to turn it into office space."The building once housed a variety of restaurants but soon it will have a new look. It will be the new home to The Corporate Image.

It's a location the company said they couldn't pass up. "We're here on the corner of Weaver Pike and Volunteer Parkway," Timp said.

In addition to his work in the industry, Timp was also recognized for his community commitments, including his leadership of the YMCA Board of Directors, the Bristol Pioneering Healthier Communities movement, a Central Presbyterian Church elder, and the executive director of The Beth Foundation, a non-profit disabilities organization founded by him and his wife, Cindy, to provide assistance to children with rare or severe disabilities.
"I was humbled by this honor because of what Rod Irvin represented both as a PR professional at Eastman Chemical and as a caring and compassionate person in the Kingsport community," Timp says.
