Coordinator: Phil Manor, W8IC Meeting called to order by Phil at: 1:00 PM. Phil stated that elections for the offices of Vice-President, Treasurer, and one Director are to be held today. Phil opened nominations to the floor. Phil called for a vote to include resolution #11 into the bylaws per a motion made at the June 2, 2015 meeting. Vote taken, Resolution #11 passed.

Old Business: Phil asked if any there was any progress on adding color codes to mototrbo and other repeaters in the MARC database. Discussion. Progress is being made. Use the comments section on the TDS application for now. TDS form may be updated on the future. Phil will keep on working on establishing basic requirements for waivers. Phil brought up an email from the Wisconsin coordinator asking about PL tones in Michigan. Phil questioned if there was a Pl code site map for Michigan. Discussion on PL tones in Michigan and adjacent states.

On the coordination front there has been activity on 220 and link frequencies thanks to the efforts of Dan, N8WKM and Phil, W8IC. Phil, assistant coordinator for link and control frequency, provided written reports for members to review. Phil read the proposed changes for the 440 Band Plan to be placed under the DOG. Proposal using the DOG, Developmental Operational Guidelines, to change the MARC 70 cm band plan for reserving frequencies for Fm simplex, digital voice and packet. Resolution # 6 --4 June 2005 Phil, W8IC made a motion under the DOG: Submitted by: Phil Manor, W8IC Assistant Coordinator. After the reading Phil made a motion that this 440 Band Plan as resolution 6 & 7 be placed under the DOG for two years. Walt made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Phil, motion carried.

Coordinator: Phil Manor, W8IC Meeting called to order by Phil at: 1:01 pm. Phil read this report to the board. Dan asked if Phil would be willing to continue in the role of president until the next election. Phil agreed. Phil brought up an issue that would involve a minor bylaws change. Phil will sign the banking paperwork. According to our Bylaws the elected Vice President (Phil Manor) will serve the remainder of the Presidents term and is responsible to appoint a new Vice President. The rotation of which board members are elected in what years remains the same with the Vice President, One Director and the Treasurer to be elected in odd numbered years, and the President, Secretary and the other director to be elected in even numbered years. Unless Phil chooses to resign, he will remain MARC president until the office is open for election in 2012.
