Peter Watson was born and raised in Tasmania and spends all his free time fishing the local "secret" fishing spots.
Father was a commercial fisherman who engendered a love for recreational fishing in Peter
Every school holidays Peter's parents would pack his
five siblings into the car with the boat in tow and the family would spend days fishing at Bruny Island and on the Tasmania Hydro Water Scheme waters.
Some of Peter's fondest childhood memories are centred on fishing.
As a youngster Peter
was drawn into fly fishing by the visual appeal of the cast and has now been guiding on Tasmanian waters since 2007 and is experienced in all aspects of fresh and salt water fly fishing.
