- Peter J. Unanue Named Executive Vice President
Effectively immediately, Mr. Peter J. Unanue will assume expanded responsibilities as Executive Vice President and Mr. Joseph Perez will take on the oversight for purchasing and marketing as Senior Vice President.
Prior to joining Goya, Peter Unanue honed his skills as a Project Manager at Merck-Medco Managed Care and at Baxter Healthcare where he optimized shipping routes for the company's Northern California and New Jersey/New York regions.
Peter joined Goya and was named Director of Distribution in 1997 and in 2001 was promoted to Vice President of Distribution and Logistics.

Peter Unanue holds a master's degree in Operations Research from The George Washington University School of Engineering and Applied Science and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Saint Thomas Aquinas College.
