Peter Katzman joined Mazzeo Song & Bradham LLP in September 2007.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Katzman has worked on a variety of commercial litigation matters and complex corporate/securities transactions involving securities, financings, bankruptcy, employment and other issues.

has drafted and reviewed motions, orders to show cause, pleadings, discovery materials and research memorandums in connection with various commercial, real estate and bankruptcy litigation matters.
has also drafted, reviewed and negotiated settlement agreements, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, commercial leases, and corporate/company formation documents.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Katzman was an associate of Forchelli, Curto, Schwartz, Mineo, Carlino & Cohn, LLP, a prominent Long Island law firm, where his practice areas included both commercial transactions and commercial/bankruptcy litigation.
is admitted to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Katzman graduated from Boston University cum laude where he received a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in economics.
He received his law degree cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
