Peter Farley, Science Writer
Pete Farley has worked in scientific publishing, editing, and writing for over 20 years, beginning with a stint at the Journal of Neurosurgery in the mid-1980s. He was acquisitions editor in psychology and neuroscience for Sinauer Associates, Inc., and now holds a master's degree in science and medical journalism from Boston University. His freelance articles have appeared in New Scientist, Yale Medicine magazine, The Boston Globe, and Wired magazine.
In addition to his work for SRF, Pete is managing editor of Medicine@Yale, a bimonthly publication of Yale School of Medicine.
In his spare time, Pete plays traditional Irish music on banjo and button accordion. He lives in Connecticut.

Mr. Farley holds a Bachelors Degree with honors in Mass Communications from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM; and a Masters Degree in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.He is a licensed secondary teacher in English, Language Arts and Journalism who has taught at both the middle and high school levels, as well having taught journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno.
After re-experiencing the events of a past life as an Anasazi shaman, Peter was able to re-connect with his spiritual healing abilities from that lifetime.He is now is able to 'see' and 'hear' and work with people all over the world to unblock their energies and more fully be present here and now in awakening their own abilities and the reasons for which they came to this planet in this current lifetime.
He co-authored Waking Dreams and the Waking Dream Cards: Finding Answers to Life's Questions, a work on dreams and waking dreams with Sharon King, a former counselor at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, CA.Peter has worked for different newspapers over the years, including the Roswell Daily Record in Roswell, NM.He currently writes for a variety of publications and online on the topic of aliens, earth changes and the future of the planet.
In 1998, working with noted abductee-counselor and author Budd Hopkins, he was the original organizer of the Abductee Forum at the Roswell UFO Festival.He still works with other abductees and is capable of working with their alien guidance as well.Peter was a featured speaker at Roswell UFO Festival 2000, at various UFO gatherings, and at Heart of the Heart Conferences..He has appeared on national talk radio, including Clear Talk, The Quest, and X-Zone radio, FreeSpeechRadio, InnerViews with Liz Sterling, and more recently on the Kevin Smith Show.
