has recently conducted a professional development training day for NYPS partner club Rochester Futbol Club and FPS partner club FC America
These coaching symposiums are designed with a classroom seminar and on field component to allow the existing coaches within the club the opportunity to benefit from an education series.
The professional development training days provide the existing coaches in the club the opportunity to provide input on an action plan which will best serve the club moving forward.
The open forum allows an exchange of ideas and gives the current club coaches a platform to relay their insight and visions.
"It was a pleasure to host Peter Bradley, the DOC from MPS, at our recent professional development day," said Rochester Futbol Club Director of Coaching Nelson Cupello.
"The initial feedback we have received from each partnering clubs has been that the relationship has benefited the players, parents and coaches in their club," said Bradley
New York Premier Soccer coaches were in attendance, alongside Mass Premier Soccer Technical Director Peter Bradley who was a guest speaker at the event.
The RFC Annual Banquet is a chance for the whole RFC community to come together and celebrate the past season and look forward to the seasons ahead.
Peter Bradley, the Mass Premier Soccer Technical Director, was asked to be a guest speaker at the event.
Peter Bradley has been the Director of Coaching for Mass Premier Soccer for 10 years.
He is currently on the Board of US Club Soccer and has also served on the W-League and Y-League Executive committees in the USL system.
USSF A License and has won 3 National titles with the Boston Renegades.
spoke about the current state of youth soccer in the United States of America.
emphasized that as a club you should have a shared vision of where you are and where you intend to go, and also that player development should always take prioroty over winning.
In addition, Peter
spoke of the importance in promoting soccer in the local community and talked of the possibility of a current RFC U12 player scoring the winning goal in the World Cup final in 2022 for USA.
Mens Soccer Head Coach and the Director of Coaching for NYSWYSA Dean Foti also spoke at the event.

MPS Technical Director Peter Bradley gave a classroom presentation on "Adopting a System of Play" and followed up with an on-field session in which attending coaches could learn new techniques/approaches in how to run a successful practice and get the best out of the players around them.
