Peter H. Baker, Esq. was admitted to practice in California in 1978 and in New York in 1979.
He was admitted to practice before the Northern District of NY US District Court in 1979 and the Western District in 1980. Mr. Baker graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1978 and received his BA from Hiram College, Hiram, Ohio in 1975. He served as Town Magistrate for the Town of Barrington in Yates County from 1980 to 1982 and as First Assistant Public Defender for Steuben County from 1989 to 2000, also acting as Special Prosecutor appointed by the Steuben County District Attorney's Office. He presently serves as Court Examiner for Steuben County having been appointed by the Supreme Court Appellate Division, Fourth Department.
