Midwest Medical Transport Company Equipment Transport Ventilators

The Uni-Vent Eagle offers many other valuable features, such as the fact that it consumes no oxygen, according to Pete Chambers, president of Marketing Assessment Inc.
His company represents a variety of medical equipment makers, including Impact Instrumentation. "Compressed gas, oxygen specifically, is a precious commodity in field environments," explained Chambers. "Whereas most ventilators consume [oxygen] gas for operating power or waste gas by their inability to quickly cycle on and off, Impact ventilators consume no gas." The Eagle has direct-connection compatibility with vehicular and aircraft electrical systems in addition to the fact that it can be run on an AC/DC rechargeable battery. And the battery compartment is easily accessible. "All these features and more are contained in a unit that weighs just over 12 pounds," said Chambers.
