Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations and Programs
As Vice President, Clinical Operations & Programs, Paula Greenberg is responsible for clinical programs, medical quality and risk management, compliance, and clinical oversight of pay for performance programs.
She has led performance improvement initiatives for patient satisfaction, leadership development and office staff training programs.
With over 20 years in health care management, Paula
also successfully developed and supported revenue generating programs and services including imaging and in-office procedures.
Prior to joining Women's Health Connecticut, Paula was the Director of Antepartum & Gynecology Services at Hartford Hospital.
was responsible for inpatient high-risk obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, and outpatient prenatal testing.
Paula also held additional nursing positions at Hartford Hospital, specializing in general and gynecologic surgery, oncology and medicine.
Paula holds an MBA with a Health Care Management concentration and BSN.
She is a member of several professional organizations.
Paula currently is serving a second term as the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, District I, Public Member and is actively involved in its Patient Safety Committee.
Paula has served on several city and state task forces to improve the quality of women's health and is a current board member of the Greater Hartford Arts Council.
