Paul Kwiecinski Face The Music's Managing Partner and co-founder, Paul Kwiecinski, is a relaxed facilitator, who helps groups confront difficult issues and come to resolution, almost painlessly! Paul's journey to Face The Music has always had a soundtrack. At first it was choir music, singing with his brothers and sisters in the St. Hedwig Choir in South Bend, Indiana; then, playing with his brothers in their band, "The Kruze Brothers". It was while performing with The Kruze Brothers, encouraging the audience to ad lib with them, that Paul started to realize the power of music as a way for people to come together and express themselves.
