In 1999 Paul co-founded Face The Music, bringing music and songwriting into organizations as an experiential learning tool, and because it's a helluva lot more fun than death by PowerPoint. Paul Kwiecinski Face The Music's Managing Partner and co-founder, Paul Kwiecinski, is a relaxed facilitator, who helps groups confront difficult issues and come to resolution, almost painlessly! Paul's journey to Face The Music has always had a soundtrack. At first it was choir music, singing with his brothers and sisters in the St. Hedwig Choir in South Bend, Indiana; then, playing with his brothers in their band, "The Kruze Brothers". It was while performing with The Kruze Brothers, encouraging the audience to ad lib with them, that Paul started to realize the power of music as a way for people to come together and express themselves. Paul was instrumental in developing an exciting way to bring music into organizations to catalyze organizational change and transformation - Face The Music!
Paul met his wife Lisa Murrell and moved to upstate NY in the early 1990s, where they started their consulting firm, MetaSystem Consulting Group.
Going back to his musical roots, Paul and a fellow innovative consultant, Mitchell Ditkoff, started Face The Music when they recognized that the process of creating and performing music is a powerful (and fun) business simulation, and Face The Music was born as a formal business enterprise.
Paul has a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Notre Dame, he is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with the International Coach Federation.
Lisa, with her husband and MetaSystem Consulting Group partner Paul Kwiecinski, (also FTM's Main Man), utilizes a holistic approach which recognizes that issues identified in one area of a company, department, or individual's performance will likely also impact all other areas of the system in which they exist.
