as Executive Vice President - Portfolio Strategy.
Gallagher joins the Company and its senior management team to implement strategic growth initiatives in health care real estate.

Gallagher was formerly Managing Director - Strategic Ventures of General Electric Commercial Finance (GECC) in its Real Estate division, establishing a successful 15-year career in a leadership capacity with the firm.

U.S. Industrial Platform through various business development ventures, both nationally and internationally.
established a West Coast presence for the firm providing debt and equity investments to institutional investors.
While at GECC
and serving as Managing Director - Latin America, Gallagher
developed a comprehensive real estate investment strategy to originate debt and equity investments throughout that region.
Prior to his tenure with General Electric Commercial Finance, Gallagher was Director of Mortgage Lending at E.F. Hutton Life Insurance Company.
Gallagher received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, with an emphasis on Financial Management and Investments.
