Prior to serving as President of the Scanlon Leadership Network, Paul was Director of Management Programs at General Motors Institute.
In this role he was an early advocate of team development and lean practices.
His work with Buick-City was credited with increasing Buick's market share.
pioneered team building in the skilled trades for the AC
led a trade mission to Japan and was an early adopter of Japanese lean management practices.
Paul has a Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
