as senior vice president and manager of construction services, Earth Tech
is reinforcing its strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and to its ever-expanding design and build enterprises worldwide. "Paul brings tremendous expertise to our fast-growing construction market," says company president Diane C. Creel.
...Since earning a bachelor of science degree at West Point in 1978 with an emphasis on mechanical engineering and international economics, Daily has spent his career in key leadership roles on major construction projects throughout the world.He served nine years in the Army before pursuing a career in private industry.He
has been responsible for such projects as the building of an air base in Egypt, a water injection treatment venture in Venezuela, and oil and gas distribution systems in the United States, Nigeria, Aman, and several other countries.While employed at Willbros Group, Inc., he worked in the management of engineering, procurement and construction projects domestically and internationally.He has an extensive background in engineering and construction and in other fields including procurement, contracts, facilities, equipment, human resources, and information technology management, and business development. The Illinois-reared executive will be returning to his roots when he joins Earth Tech at the company's Oakbrook, IL, office this week.
