Paul Clarke, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Mr. Clarke is based in the Chicago area, where he manages the firm's marketing, including national sales, direct marketing, Web and E-marketing and public relations.
has over 20 years of food and foodservice marketing communications experience.
Before joining Sandelman & Associates, he was director of marketing at Technomic Inc., where he managed marketing and corporate communications for the foodservice consultancy.
developed and promoted several existing and successful new products, including proprietary consulting services and industry trend reports.
Prior experience includes key management positions at Magnet Communications marketing agency, and ProVisions public relations agency, where he managed marketing communications and public relations for restaurant, hotel and food clients, including the Peninsula Hotel, Omni Hotels, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and California Pizza Kitchen.
Mr. Clarke also was editor and co-publisher of Chef, a national foodservice trade magazine.
In addition, he
authored the book Lessons in Excellence from Charlie Trotter, which has been recognized by several key publications, including the New York Times

Mr. Clarke earned an MBA and a bachelor of arts, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago.
