The 66" x 113" SV2000s Rotary Die-Cutters are equipped with Ward's Continuous Vacuum Transfer and extended print stations to provide superior registration, printing capabilities, and scrap reduction.Both machines are also equipped with Ward WMS-III Blade metering systems for ultimate ink control in any printing situation, and the Serrapid Quick Mounting Die System for set-up time reduction.
In September, as part of the new installation, 20 members of Atlas
Container's staff, including production and maintenance personnel, and managers participated in 2 - one-day "Customer Introduction" training sessions at The Ward Machinery Company's
facility in Cockeysville, MD. During the sessions the Atlas staff had the opportunity to meet, and discuss their new equipment, with the Ward personnel responsible for manufacturing, installation and training, and after installation.The Atlas
staff also toured Ward's manufacturing facility and had the chance to see their machines being manufactured, assembled, and tested.
