Father Paul Breza will be honored during a special ceremony at the Winona Area Veterans Center tomorrow night starting at 6:30 p.m.
Father Breza founded the Polish Heritage Society in Winona in 1977 and the Polish Cultural Institute two years later.
The events tomorrow include a Mass at St. Stanislaus Koska Church starting at 4:00 p.m. to be preceded by a musical prelude at 3:30.
A social hour will be held at the Veterans Center starting at 5:30 p.m.

who will be celebrating 40 years in the priesthood.
The event will be held at St. Patrick's Church
followed by a reception in Breza Hall.Father Breza
was born and raised in Winona and was ordained on June First, 1963 at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart Church
.He has served as assistant at St. Stanislaus Parish in Winona, plus parishes in Blooming Prairie, Rochester and Mankato.In 1975 he became Chaplain at St. Mary's College and was named pastor at parishes in Altura and Elba.He
is currently serving parishes in Hokah and Brownsville.Father Breza
is also well known for his
founding of the Polish Museum
