Paul Berglund has been named to the position of Manager of Client Services.
In this role he
will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the technical client support programs of FLS
, including call center support and telephone/online consulting services.
Mr. Berglund joined FLS in 2000 as Director of Development, and has held internal management positions in the areas of network engineering and quality assurance.
He has over 14 years of experience in information technology and previously held positions in computer operations, e-systems software development, and UNIX/Windows system administration with Raytheon.

Berglund and Taylor will report to Ken Bell, Vice President of Client Care and Marketing.
