Patrecia Pat Bale , 74 , Galena , died Monday ( July 5 , 1999 ) at St. Ann's Hospital , Westerville.She was born in Newcastle , New South Wales , Australia , on Dec. 20 , 1924 , to the late Leo and Muriel Nash.She was a homemaker and retired day care teacher for Don-A-Dell Day Care in Delaware , retiring in 1995 after 17 years of teaching.She was a World War II Australian Air Force veteran.She was a member of West Berlin Presbyterian Church , Olentangy Western Riding Club , American Legion Auxillary Post No. 171 , Ohio Belgian Horse Association , Delaware County 4-H Key adviser and a former 4-H adviser for 35 years.She is survived by her husband of 55 years , Robert W. Bob Bale , whom she married June 20 , 1944 , in Brisbane , Australia ; a daughter and son-in-law , Helen and Sam Kimpel , Elida ; two grandchildren , Sam R. Kimpel , Delphos , and Margaret Anne Kimpel , Elida ; two brothers Peter Nash and David Miller , both Australia ; and a sister , Nola Wilson , Australia.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her stepfather , David Miller ; and a brother , Don Nash.Visitation was at DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home , Sunbury.Funeral services will be held with the Revs.
