A former CPA, Patrick is a graduate of Millikin University and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Patrick began his real estate career at Trammell Crow Company in Charlotte.
He was a partner with Childress Klein Properties when he left to co-found MarkPierce Properties in 1999, which subsequently became MarkPiercePoole Properties.
Patrick, along with Jensie Teague and Grey Poole, founded Selwyn Property Group in 2009.
