Patrick McGinnis, an emeritus professor of history at UCO and part-time adjunct faculty member, will deliver the presentation as President Franklin D. Roosevelt during the spring of 1935, when his New Deal policy was in full swing, highlighting the programs and ways to continue the road to recovery from the Great Depression.
Following the presentation, McGinnis will take questions from the audience as Roosevelt, using only the knowledge his character could have had before April 1935. McGinnis will then step out of character and answer any remaining questions.
