As Monster's first Chief Privacy Officer, and leader of Monster's global fraud prevention efforts, Patrick Manzo
frequently reminds his
teams that they wear "white hats.

We also spend a lot of time thinking about how to best meet job seeker expectations of privacy, while still achieving our primary goal of providing our seekers with the exposure required to help them find their next job."
The notion of mixing career and noble pursuits is not new to Patrick
first career was as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy
attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander and was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal (twice) and the Navy Achievement Medal for meritorious performance.
military experience also informed a management philosophy focused on clearly articulating a vision for success, and developing and empowering employees to succeed.
