Chef Patrick Heuberger is the Executive Chef and Part-Owner of Le Bistrot Du Sommelier, having previously held the same post at Au Petit Salut French Restaurant, located in Dempsey Road in Singapore.
Chef Patrick has had a loyal following of local and expatriate gourmands who appreciate the Chef 's uncompromising commitment to serve authentic and tasty French cuisine.
Chef Patrick previously worked in Hong Kong at Cafe des Artistes in the famous Lan Kwai Fong entertainment area and classically trained in cuisine in France as well as internationally.
He has been a chef for more than 15 years and worked in various Michelin-star restaurants in Europe.
