Discussing education, politics, social media and economics, Patrick has made a wide range of national media appearances and is a columnist for Education Today, Huffington Post and Innovate My School. In a voluntary capacity, he is a trustee of the non-profit Young Journalists' Academy, an active supporter of youth-education charity WORLDwrite and was one of the founding producers of the Institute of Ideas Battle of Ideas festival, held annually at the Barbican, London. Patrick was previously Business Development Director at TES Global, publishers of the Times Educational Supplement and THE and host to the largest network of teachers in the world, where he had overall responsibility for Merger & Acquisition activity, investor relations and the TES Global advisory board.
