has twenty-five years experience in the Oil and Gas Services Industry.For over 15 of those years he worked in the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department of Halliburton where he held field support, management, and executive positions.Mr. Cook spent the last 9 years of his career at Halliburton as the Global Director of EHS where he was responsible for all functional and financial issues associated with EHS support for the company's 8 billion dollar global operations. Before his work in the Oil and Gas industry, he spent eight years in the US Navy as a jet engine test mechanic, and served aboard aircraft carriers working in the Asia pacific Region.Mr. Cook is a licensed OSV Merchant Marine and prior to moving into EHS, spent 9 years managing his company's California Offshore Stimulation Department, which included two marine oil well stimulation vessels and their crews.
This assignment involved extensive interaction with both the drilling and production operations onboard Offshore Oil and Gas Platforms and Drilling Rigs.Pat's EHS field support roles included EHS Site Manager, Western US and Canadian Environmental Compliance Manager, and Corporate Environmental Auditor for the Asia Pacific Region.
In this and other roles, he
has performed over 100 EHS
audits of bulk cement and sand storage plants, transportation and chemical blending facilities, heavy equipment maintenance shops, and high volume machine tool manufacturing along with low volume automotive component manufacturing and vehicle assembly.
