Prior to joining PDC nine years ago, Pat served in the U.S. Peace Corps for 2 ½ years in Bulgaria, where she was a Professor of Marketing and Business for the University of Varna.
She also worked with USAID in the area of human rights for orphaned Roma/Gypsy children.
