AACI Welcomes Pancho Chang, Chief Operating Officer
AACI is pleased to welcome our new Chief Operating Officer, Pancho Chang. Prior to joining AACI, Pancho ran a community health center in Boston's Chinatown. Under his leadership, the health center tripled its patients, visits, and staff. He oversaw the health center's integration of primary care with mental health services, and incorporated new services for adolescent, elderly and Southeast Asian populations.

Chang leads a team that won a 2012 CMS Health Care Innovation award. Previously he was a programmer and administrator at three local foundations. Chang began his career as a legal services attorney before running a community health center in Boston's Chinatown. Chang has held Pew health policy and Kellogg leadership fellowships and served as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige national quality awards. He graduated from Brandeis University and earned a J.D. degree from Boston University.
