Pamela Portwood, Allied Member ASID, LEED AP, founded Greener Lives LLC as a licensed, full-service interior design firm to provide her clients with beautiful, stylish homes that also foster the health and well being of the homes' residents and the environment.
As a green design specialist, Pamela has appeared on national and local television and local radio to discuss healthy and sustainable design.

also wrote a monthly column on green interiors for The New Southwest (aka Tucson Green Times) from 2008-2011.
She is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers and a LEED Accredited Professional as well as a Certified Assessor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Healthy Home Rating System.
She is also a member of the Arizona Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and serves on the Governing Council of the Chapter's Southern Branch.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognized green building certification system.
She has an associate's degree in Interior Design from the Southwest University of the Visual Arts, a bachelor's degree in English from Rhodes College and a master of fine arts' degree in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona.
