Onnie R. Martin,
Executive Director Mr. Martin served as founder and Executive Director of the Cincinnati Minority Business Assistance Corporation from 1976 until January 1995. Mr. Martin also served as Assistant Director of the State of Ohio's O.M.B.E. Program, prior to founding the now State-wide M.C.B.A.P. (Minority Contractor Business Assistance Program), currently operating in nine (9) Ohio cities. Mr. Martin operated the Minority Business Enterprise Program for the City of Cincinnati for eleven (11) consecutive years, through competitive bid. Mr. Martin has over thirty years of "hands-on" experience in the minority business development arena, including serving as the Executive Director of the Cincinnati Minority Business Development Center from 1986 until December 2006. Mr. Martin has conducted numerous workshops on, among others, "Franchising"," Business Plan Development", and "Alternative Sources of Finance". He has served as Chair of the Black Business Support Group, member of the Black Male Coalition, as well as, regional and national Advisory Boards.
