Positive interaction with city planners, architects, banks and underwriters has been key to Mr. Pfeffer's
success in guiding developments as they evolve through planning, zoning, permitting, financing and other issues towards final completion.Prior to Cornerstone, Mr. Pfeffer was the Executive Vice President of Kapelow Investments, where he was directly responsible for a wide variety of real estate ventures including direct responsibility for managing and rehabilitating over 1,700 apartments.At Kapelow Investments he was also in charge of development and construction for a 219-unit new apartment community in Davie, Florida, as well as overseeing the development construction and sales of 60 single family homes and a $10 million waterfront land development project in Louisiana.Mr. Pfeffer graduated with honors from Cornell University with a B.A. in Economics.He is a Florida State Certified General Contractor (Lic. #CGC-058171), and has completed all course requirements for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
