Norman L. Miller, 65, of Princetown will serve for two years, the unexpired term of longtime board member Joseph Parillo of Schenectady, who stepped down earlier this year.
Hugh T. Farley, R-Niskayuna, recommended Miller
for the appointment, calling him a well qualified successor for Parillo, who the senator said leaves "a large pair of shoes" to fill.
"He's the type of fellow who gets very involved in anything he does," Farley said of Miller
