Kathryn Huey O'Meara McGill carried on the tradition, joined for the next two decades by managing director Sue Ellen Reiman and Development Director Norman Hammon.

Norman H. Hammon: Development Director Norman H. Hammon has served as Development Director for OSP since 1990. Then-OSP Managing Director Sue Ellen Reiman, who had worked with Norman at the Street Players Theatre, a professional touring theater company in Norman, OK in the 1980s, originally recruited Norman to OSP. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Norman holds bachelors and masters in social work, his "past lives", before the arts, include such endeavors as social worker, crisis counselor, emergency medical technician, Norman city councilor (Ward 7), human rights commissioner and pre-sentence investigator. A development specialist for nonprofit organizations for the last 35 years, Norman has been a trainer and consultant to dozens of Oklahoma nonprofits (traveling to every corner of the state), written a book on small organization fundraising (Fund Raising...for the rest of us, Lughnasa Press, 1997) and teaches a course in grant writing at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City. Norman and his wife, Sheryl, a graduate student in Theatre at OU (who he met when she was an actor with the Street Players Theatre), live in a 1930 cottage in central Norman where he dabbles in writing op-ed articles and science fiction, hangs out in local cafes and spends far too much time in his organic garden.

Today, Champian is an accomplished jazz vocalist and pianist who tours extensively and has returned to Norman to perform at Jazz in June.
Most recently, in 2012, Jazz in June collaborated with the Performing Arts Studio of Norman to produce the two-concert Heartland Jazz Summit series in Norman, OK. A 1978 graduate of the University of Oklahoma (MSW), Norman has served with a number of arts organizations in his career as either a Managing or Development Director. In addition, Norman has served as a consultant to a number of nonprofit pools, including the National Jazz Service Organization, the Assembly of Community Arts Councils Peer Advisory Program, and the Center for Nonprofits Client Services Program. Norman also serves as a grant reviewer for the Oklahoma Arts Council. Norman is the author of "Fund Raising...for the rest of us" (Lughnasa Press, 1997) and has served as an adjunct faculty member at Oklahoma State University Oklahoma City, teach a course in "Writing Grant Proposals". Norman has also served as a trainer with over two dozen arts organizations in Oklahoma and surrounding states. In the realm of theatre, where Norman began his career, he has worked for four different theatre companies in administrative and development capacities as well as Producer / Managing Director of his own commercial touring theatre company, 2x4 Productions. Norman has received numerous awards in recognition of his career in arts administration including the most recent as "Business Person in the Arts" presented by the Norman Arts Council Roundtable.
