Norman Goldstein is currently serving his 5th term as Windy City Summit Co-Chair. Having previously Chaired the Scholarship and other Board Committees over the years, he is the senior member of TMAC. Norm is CEO of Gold International, Inc. As a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), he also holds the position of Executive-In-Residence at Northern Illinois University, teaching a treasury management course qualifying college students to sit for the CTP examination.
Norm spent many years in the beverage alcohol industry as Vice President and Treasurer of Barton Incorporated and President of Barton Financial Corporation. He holds a BS Finance from Northern Illinois University and a MS Accounting from Roosevelt University.

Norman formed Gold International, Inc. in 1996 in order to pursue international trade opportunities in addition to providing treasury consulting services to domestic based companies.In addition to his activities as CEO, he has been called upon by the U.S. District Court to act as Special Master, hearing or participating in the litigation process of selected cases.Previously, he worked for Barton Incorporated where he was Vice President-Finance and Treasurer of this major U.S. beverage alcohol company.In this capacity he was a member of the Executive Management Committee with direct responsibility for the areas of Treasury, Risk, Investment and Credit Management.Norman is a member and on the Board of the Treasury Management Association of Chicago ("TMAC").He was selected Outstanding Credit Executive of the Year by the National Association of Credit Management, is a contributing author to the Handbook of Cash Flow and Treasury Management, and lecturers on a broad range of business topics at national and local conferences.Additionally, Norman is on the faculty of Northern Illinois University, College of Business.He earned his bachelors degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University (NIU) and his Masters, in Accounting from Roosevelt University.
