After researching Nora online, I learned that in addition to her many accomplishments in the health fitness world, she is drop dead gorgeous with a beautiful friendly smile.

After waiting what I felt was an acceptable time past our meet time.
I called her

Additional ways that Nora
is expanding “her brand†is to author a series of three “how-to books†soon to be released.
The first book is focused on fitness, explaining the benefits of staying healthy in a chaotic world and some easy to follow workout routines that can be done almost anywhere, whether you are home or traveling or on a break at work.
The second book is focused on nutrition, explaining the effects our food choices have on ourselves and the environment.
The book provides a list of healthy menus that are easy to prepare, satisfying and help maintain a knockout body.
The third book is about mindset where Nora
will be suggesting ways to stay positive and motivated and how to tackle everyday challenges with a great attitude.
Each book incorporates information from the other books to bring the message and the programs altogether.
As I concluded my interview and I relaxed my stomach muscles a bit, I asked what the future looks like if Nora
