The Center for Creative Resources was founded in 2003 by Victor Gotesman and Noel Hayashi, and grew out of their mutual passion for the arts and a belief that the creation of art is not a choice for artists, but a necessity.
Having spent the last thirty years working professionally as arts administrators, Victor and Noel
believe that there is an inextricable connection between the Artist, the Creative Process, the Presentation, the Marketing, the Funding, and the Audience.
