GREENVILLE -- Noah Brindise, the Washington Redskins' quarterbacks coach for the past two seasons, and Robert McFarland, offensive coordinator at UCF for the past three years, have been named to John Thompson's football coaching staff at East Carolina University, as Thompson announced Monday.
