"Once the client informs us about the venue of the case, and how many mock jurors they would like to use, we handle everything else," said Nina Korkis, ASC general counsel.
They recruit the jurors using a contract company, provide a light breakfast and lunch, and set up the recording equipment.
If an attorney wants a jury consultant to assist with the exercise, ASC
provides that, too.
