...Nina Boone, Vice President of Sales and Account Management Nina Boone
is responsible for the direction, strategy, and vision of CBH's national and middle market account management teams.She also heads the sales team and is responsible for the growth and development of the sales program in the middle market arena. Since joining CBH in 2005, Boone has led the reorganization of the sales and account management departments, segmenting them to meet the very specific and different needs of our national and middle market customers.
Originally hired as the Middle Market Segment Lead and promoted in June of 2006 to her
current position, Boone
has already set high targets for her
team by creating a goal-oriented account leadership program that will encourage high performance as it relates to growing and developing CBH's current customer base.She
is also partnering with CIGNA Healthcare regarding middle market behavioral health penetration, showcasing the value and impact that behavioral health, worklife management and wellness programs can have on employee productivity and health to decrease medical spend. With 23 years of industry experience, Boone has previously held national account sales and account management roles for Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield in New York and was Vice President of Program Management at Magellan Health Services, where she was responsible for ensuring account satisfaction and profitability of Magellan's largest healthcare customer.
In addition, Boone
has completed internal and external professional training in both leadership development and presentation skills.She is a licensed Health and Life Agent in both New York and New Jersey.Boone holds a master of business administration - all but dissertation degree, with a concentration in organizational policy/marketing strategy from Lindenwood College and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
