Before joining ESC, she was Chief Sales Officer at Paradigm Management Services, where she built a new sales team and delivered record new sales growth for the company. In addition to her great depth of experience and expertise in structuring and reorganizing marketing, sales and account management services, Ms. Boone is an experienced and adept trainer. Ms. Boone holds a master of business administration - all but dissertation degree, with a concentration in organizational policy/marketing strategy from Lindenwood College and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. She is a licensed Health and Life Agent in both New York and New Jersey.
