...Professor Tzokas received an MBA from the Athens University of Economics in Greece.He was awarded a PhD from the School of Management at the University of Bath.Formerly at the University of Strathclyde and the University of Stirling he joined the University of East Anglia in November 2000.His
research areas of interest include Relationship Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, New Product Development, and Sales Management.Professor Tzokas is the founder and first director of the CRM Institute in the department of Marketing at the University of Strathclyde.
