Nikii is passionate about building highly functioning teams and enhancing communication in the exchange of information between Council and staff, Council and the Village, and between communities. She was one of the first to participate in LGMA's TeamWorks program in late 2002; engaged by the District of Lillooet to provide analysis and recommendations for improving morale at City Hall, and to determine appropriate staffing and service levels for Public Works to best meet the needs of the community.
