Nicole Jensen is completing her RYT 200 certification through a year-long intensive program at The Yoga Center of Columbia. Nicole was first led to yoga during a difficult period in her life. She was and continues to be inspired by the yoga teachers who introduced her to the heart-opening grace, flow, and pure joy of Anusara yoga which quickly became her own personal source of peace and strength. Her "day job" as an elementary school administrator coupled with her background in professional development and teacher training gives her classes an intelligent, playful, and supportive quality. She encourages her students to embrace the fullest expression of each pose while discovering and uncovering their own true nature. Nicole shares her infectious enthusiasm and love of yoga throughout her classes while celebrating the unique and intrinsic beauty of each individual student. Nicole Jensen
