Nicole Desmond Event Services Nicole Desmond has successfully managed the Building Industry Association Baldy View Chapter's annual San Bernardino County Water Conference since 2008. Under her leadership, the conference received a national award of recognition from the National Association of Homebuilders and similar events are now being considered by other Building Industry Association chapters. She also provides staffing support for all Baldy View events. Nicole serves as the chief executive officer of Desmond & Louis and oversees the day-to-day operational functions and strategic planning for the company and its accounts. She is also an event management specialist and accountant. She specializes in the development of events of all sizes, from half-day workshops to day long summits and conferences. Throughout her years in the field, Nicole has worked extensively with regional and trade press and has built relationships with influential contacts that helped create awareness and drive attendance to her many events. Prior to forming Desmond & Louis, Nicole was vice president of event management at one of the premier media relations agencies in the region, where she managed the office and ran the events division. She has worked in multiple industries including aviation, real estate, hospitality and retail, adding to her wealth of experience.

Nicole Desmond, Office Administration Nicole, an Inland Empire native, is the office manager of Desmond McLeish, Inc.She is organized, goal-oriented and efficient with a strong attention to detail.Nicole manages all administrative matters and provides additional support to the Desmond McLeish team members and client accounts. Prior to joining Desmond McLeish, Inc.Nicole worked for Regus Business Centers, an office management company in Orange County.
