In support, Karris
cites recent consumer research showing that approximately 73 percent of future homebuyers and sellers deem listings and sales data to be the most important information when considering a home transaction.Yet, many consumers currently can only access this information on a "filtered and incomplete" basis.As a result, fewer than 48 percent of consumers report being "completely satisfied" with their last real estate transaction.eRealty's

was responsible for advising online real estate firms on strategy, vendor analysis and Web design.Karris has also worked in the real estate industry for a number of years as a property manager and developer for Water Tower Realty, and as a Loan Officer for LaSalle National Bank.Additionally, Karris served as a brand manager for Welch's, Inc. where he evaluated and negotiated licensing, joint venture, acquisition and start-up ventures.He
