Friday's firings of acquitted Tulsa Police officers Nick DeBruin and Bruce Bonham didn't come as a surprise to DeBruin's attorney, Shannon McMurray. "Nick has been doing a lot of reading, researching, and working on his own case for the administrative process," McMurray said. Now that the administrative process has ended, DeBruin, has decided to fight the outcome and stay in Tulsa. "Nick stays here because he's proud to be a resident of Tulsa County, he's proud for the job that he's provided as a police officer."
