Tulsa Police Officers Jeff Henderson, 37; Bill Yelton, 49; Nick DeBruin, 37; Bruce Bonham 52; and retired Officer Harold R. Wells, 59, are charged in the indictments.
, Bonham and Wells were released on $50,000 unsecured bonds.

and Bonham surrendered to the FBI
about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, and Wells was arrested separately.
In a separate indictment, Wells was charged with 10 counts that include conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and DeBruin
is charged with six counts that include distributing crack cocaine and conspiracy to steal money.
Gray, Wells, Bonham and DeBruin
are accused of turning in $8,000 and divvying up the remaining $5,000 of the money that federal officials had planted in the room, Duke said during the hearing in June.
At the time of the sting, DeBruin
and Bonham were assigned to the same patrol squad, while Wells was assigned to the Gilcrease
Division before retiring.
Henderson was placed on paid leave in March, and Yelton, DeBruin
and Bonham were placed on administrative duty.
