Nicholas Weilhammer is also an Elder Law attorney who handles a variety of elder law and guardianship cases.
Prior to joining the Sketchley Law Firm in 2004, Mr. Weilhammer represented Floridians as an Assistant Attorney General of the Office of the Attorney General of Florida, working on a variety of issues including consumer protection, trade regulation, antitrust, and appeals for the State of Florida.
He is a former co-chair of the Pharmaceuticals Policy Working Group of the National Association of Attorneys General, Antitrust Task Force, where he advocated on behalf of consumers against illegal price inflations of prescription drugs.
has also clerked for a Federal Magistrate Judge.
Mr. Weilhammer received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law (2000), and his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia (B.A.).

He is also a teacher, published author, and frequent lecturer, and enjoys kayaking, motorcycling, and ballroom dancing with his wife.
