attorney, was awarded the prestigious Paul S. Buchman Award during the 23rd FMAA annual seminar, held recently in Marco Island, Fla.The annual award recognizes a city attorney who has done outstanding legal work and made a lasting contribution to his
field at the municipal level.

...Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1964, Tsamoutales was a founding member of several organizations, including the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association, the Florida Association of Police Legal Advisors and the Rotary Club of Palm Bay.A past president of the FMAA, he has also served as an assistant state attorney, assistant public defender, a police legal advisor and special counsel to other cities, among other things.
