He holds graduate degrees in Educational Psychology, Counseling and Religion.

In August 2003, Dr. Hoilette
wife, Elaine, decided it was time to move to a warmer climate.
They relocated to Naples Florida, to begin their tenure working for the Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventists . Dr. Hoilette pastors the Lehigh Acres and Ft. Myers Shores SDA churches in Southwest Florida.
Dr. & Mrs. Hoilette have one daughter, Dr. Leesha Hoilette, a physician at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.
