Neil completed a degree in Law & Politics at the University of Ulster and trained and qualified as a solicitor with Wilson Nesbitt.
During the property boom in 2006 and 2007 Neil worked as a risk manager in our busy residential conveyancing department handling sale, purchase and remortgage transactions.
Neil subsequently worked in commercial litigation where he was involved in a number of High Court and County Court cases.
Neil's property expertise enabled him to provide advice and support for cases involving disputes over contracts for the sale and purchase of land as well as boundary disputes and professional negligence actions.
Neil is currently employed in our corporate & commercial department.
specialises in share/ asset acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, property acquisitions and disposals and commercial property including landlord and tenant issues.
