He also had a management consulting practice for 8 years. Neil has been involved in more than 100 transactions involving the sale, merger or purchase of businesses. Neil started the ESOP Trustee Services business at BNC in 2005 and served as Chairman for the BNC ESOP Committee from 2005 to July 2010. During that time he was the lead relationship officer for forty ESOP transactions and twenty-four ESOP clients as a directed or discretionary trustee. Neil is an ESOP relationship officer and manager of the Bankers Trust ESOP Services office in Minneapolis. Neil is a member of the Board of Governors and the Ownership Culture Committee for the ESOP Association. He also is member of the National Center of Employee Ownership (NCEO), Ohio Employees Ownership Center (OEOC) and the American Institute of CPA's. Neil has been a speaker for the NCEO, OEOC and other organizations on fiduciary and valuation topics.

Neil Brozen, CPA, EVP Retirement Services, BNC National Bank Neil Brozen is the Chairperson of the BNC ESOP Committee as well as being responsible for acquiring ESOP trustee clients and managing relationships. He is am a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), ESOP Association and Ohio Employee Ownership Center (OEOC) as well as an active member of the Minnesota/Dakota ESOP Association Chapter. Neil has been responsible for fourteen ESOP transactions and ten on-going ESOP clients in the last three years. Neil's twenty 20 years of work experience as an employee includes the IRS, Arthur Andersen and Co, Marquette Financial Services and Media Technology Source. Neil M. Bozen, CPA began the ESOP trustee services business for BNC National Bank in 2005 and opened the Minneapolis office for BTC ESOP Services in 2010. He has served as directed or discretionary trustee for 35 on-going ESOPs and transactional trustee for 55 ESOPs. The transactions have included: acquiring employer stock; selling employer stock or assets; terminations/redemptions; ESOP note refinancing and other one-time engagements. Neil has worked with numerous ESOP valuation firms, law firms and record keeping firms on these ESOP clients who are located in 35 states. Neil is an active member of the NCEO, the ESOP Association (TEA), Ohio Employee Ownership Center (OEOC), the California/Western states and Minnesota/Dakota chapters of the TEA as well as a member of the Board of Governors for the TEA. Neil is a frequent speaker for these organizations and he recently wrote a chapter entitled "Responding to Unsolicited Offers to Purchase ESOP Companies: Issues for Plan Fiduciaries" for the NCEO Issue Brief "Responding to Acquisition Offers in ESOP Companies."

Neil Brozen, Bankers Trust Company Neil M. Brozen joined Bankers Trust ESOP Services as vice president & managing director in August of 2010 to open their new Minneapolis office. He previously worked at BNC National Bank where he was started their ESOP trustee business and was the chairman of the ESOP Committee. Neil has served as transaction trustee for 45 ESOPs, directed and discretionary trustee for 28 ESOPs as well as consultant to internal trustees. Neil is a member of the Board of Governors and the Ownership Culture Committee for the ESOP Association as well as a member of the NCEO and OEOC. He has been a national speaker on various ESOP issues including corporate governance, effective board of directors, succession planning, trustee and appraiser relationships.

Neil Brozen, BNC Bank Neil Brozen is responsible for the ESOP Group at BNC Bank, which includes acquiring ESOP clients, serving as trustee and chairing the ESOP committee. BNC serves as directed, discretionary and transaction trustee for small and mid-size ESOPs around the country.
